Seorang crew dan sekaligus sutradara muda yang sombong mengunjungi Mumbai untuk membuat sebuah film horror erotis. Sutradara tersebut merekrut Sunny Leone, aktris film porno terkenal untuk memerankan Ragini. Mereka kemudian memutuskan untuk melakukan syuting di lokasi berhantu yang sesungguhnya.
